Our Gourmet Range centres around our Bridestowe Culinary Lavender, and all of the delicious ways lavender can be included in your favourite dishes. From tea to honey, herbs and syrups, our Gourmet Range will take your kitchen to the next level. 

Straight from our fields, our Lavendula Angustifolia flowers are carefully dried at Bridestowe Estate ready for our gourmet range. This variety of lavender is the only one suitable for culinary purposes.
